TCPA Consent & Communication Policy

AnotherStory and its affiliated Birmingham-area contractor ("we," "us," "our") comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state telemarketing laws. This page explains what you consent to when you submit an inquiry, how we use your contact information, and how to opt out at any time.

What You Are Consenting To

By checking the consent box on our inquiry form, you expressly authorize AnotherStory and your assigned Birmingham contractor to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, using:

• Automated or pre-recorded phone calls
• Text/SMS messages (including automated messages)
• Email messages

This consent is for project-related communications including follow-ups on your second-story addition inquiry, scheduling, estimates, and project updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What We Record

At the time you provide consent, we record the following for compliance purposes:

• The exact consent text you agreed to
• The date and time of your consent (timestamp)
• Your IP address
• Your browser/device user-agent string
• The consent text version number

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of all communications at any time using any of these methods:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message
• Click Unsubscribe in any email
• Use the opt-out form below
• Email us at privacy@anotherstory.polsia.app

Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days. You may still receive transactional messages related to an active project.

Data Retention

Consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of collection, as required by TCPA compliance standards.
